With over 30 years of experience Boulder Hill Construction is a division of Boulder Hill Investments, Inc.

From private owners to real estate repairs to project management and even investment properties, we have the experience to get your job done.

For many years we operated under Backus Home Improvements, but after moving to Greene County and purchasing a new home we were inspired by a giant boulder on the property to change our name.

Alongside our work for our customers we also renovate investment properties and have worked with various investors and private individuals.

We don’t believe in doing cosmetic repairs while leaving underlying problems that will continue to worsen, making for more work and higher costs down the road. That’s just bad for you and for our reputation.
